DSB is proud to welcome Greg Garvey (Cyclomatic, Mission Players, formerly w/ Plum Crazy) and drummer Jesse Hiller to our permanent lineup. After playing a handful of shows this fall, Greg will appear on the upcoming CD entitled "Velvet Hammer", due in early 2007. News - 11-14-06 DSB spends an evening in the studio with legendary sax, wind and flute player Martin Fierro (Jerry Garcia, Grateful Dead, Zero, Merl Saunders). He'll be featured on two tracks from our upcoming CD "Velvet Hammer". Hold on, it's coming! News - 11-02-06 DSB voted BEST LOCAL BAND in San Mateo County Times! News - 10-05-06 We'll be once again joining New Monsoon at The Attic in downtown Santa Cruz on October 20th. Come early and get in the groove. Party all night with NM! News - 07-05-06 We'll be joining our good friends New Monsoon at Don Quixote's in the Santa Cruz Mountains, in CA on August 18th. Plan to come early and get your groove on proper! After a smokin' spring playing consistently from Arcata to Lake Tahoe to Big Sur, and being joined by human beat box and rapper extraordinarie, Radioactive (Michael Franti & Spearhead), trumpet player Dustin Hengl, singer/guitarist Stan Russell and a host of talented guest drummers we're back to laying tracks for our upcoming (untitled) debut CD!
